These terms govern your use of the insightive.io website, operated by Insightive LLC-FZ. Any engagement you enter with us is governed by a separate signed agreement (the proposal and its annexes, together the Master Services Agreement), which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Using this site

The site is provided for information, on an as-is basis. You agree not to scrape, copy, redistribute or misrepresent its content without our permission.

Intellectual property

The site, its content and our frameworks, methods and code libraries remain ours. Under a signed engagement you own the deliverables we build specifically for you once they are paid for in full, while we keep our pre-existing methods and tools. The full terms are set out in your agreement.

Engagements

Scope, payment, warranties, confidentiality and termination are defined in the signed agreement, not on this site. Where this page and a signed agreement differ, the agreement governs.

Liability and governing law

The site is provided without warranties of any kind and we are not liable for losses arising from its use. These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions go to legal@insightive.ltd.
