Advisory · Brand, growth & automation
Brand, marketing and automation, in one plan.
Brand, growth and the systems behind them, planned as one. We work out what your brand should stand for, where growth will really come from and which CRM, email and automation stack it needs, then hand delivery to specialists in each.
Why this exists
Brand, marketing and the stack are usually planned by three different people.
The brand agency writes the guidelines. The performance agency buys the media. Someone in operations sets up the CRM. Each does its part well, and the customer still meets a brand that says one thing, ads that say another and emails that arrive at the wrong moment.
Our marketing, brand and automation strategy treats them as one system: what the brand stands for, how people find it, and the data and automation that turn interest into customers who come back. We look at all three before recommending any of them.
Then we choose the stack honestly. Sometimes HubSpot or Klaviyo is the right answer; sometimes a lighter or bespoke set-up fits better. We sell no tools and run no media, so the plan follows the business. Brand work is delivered with Momentum, growth marketing and automation with Adex360, and any custom integration is built by us.
Problems we solve
Where marketing loses momentum. And money.
A brand that says too little
A logo and a colour palette, but no clear position, voice or story. Every campaign starts from a blank page.
Spend you can't trace
Search, social and paid each report their own success, and nobody can say which channel actually brought the customer.
A CRM nobody trusts
Duplicate contacts, half-filled fields and a sales team that keeps its own list on the side.
Automation that stops at the welcome email
Journeys planned once and never extended, while abandoned baskets, renewals and win-backs are handled by hand or not at all.
The five-tool campaign
One campaign stitched across email, ads, landing pages, CRM and a spreadsheet, with the team acting as the integration.
Deliverables
What you get. Brand, growth and stack, joined up.
Brand strategy
Positioning, audience, purpose and the story the brand tells, written so every campaign can use it.
Identity and language brief
What the identity and the brand's voice need to do, ready for design and copy teams to deliver.
Growth plan
Where customers should come from (search, social, paid, content and partnerships), with the budget split and the targets for each.
Marketing stack recommendation
CRM, email, automation and analytics: HubSpot, Klaviyo or a bespoke stack, costed and compared on your sales process.
Automation journeys
The lifecycle flows that matter most (welcome, basket recovery, repeat purchase, renewal and win-back), mapped and prioritised.
Measurement plan
One agreed way to judge what works, from tracking and attribution set-up to the reports leadership actually reads.
How it runs
Diagnose. Decide. Deliver with specialists.
Step 1 · 1–3 weeks
Diagnose
Brand, channels, CRM and data reviewed. Interviews with marketing, sales and leadership. Spend and results traced back to their source.
Step 2 · 1–2 weeks
Decide
Brand position, growth plan and stack recommendation in one written plan, with costs and priorities.
Step 3 · your choice
Deliver
Brand work with Momentum, growth and automation with Adex360, custom integrations built by us, or the plan handed to your own team.
Who this is for
Operators with a decision on the desk.
Founders and CEOs
Marketing spend keeps rising and you can't say what it buys.
Marketing leads
You have the channels and the team. You need the brand, the data and the automation pulling in one direction.
Businesses rebranding or entering new markets
The brand has to travel, and the systems behind it have to grow with it.
How we compare
The same question, three ways to answer it.
Common questions
What does marketing, brand and automation strategy include?
Three things planned together: the brand's position and story, where growth will come from, and the CRM, email and automation stack that supports both.
Do you design brands and run campaigns?
Not ourselves. Brand identity is delivered with Momentum and growth marketing and automation with Adex360, both named in the plan. We set the strategy and build any custom software the stack needs.
HubSpot, Klaviyo or something else?
It depends on how you sell. Klaviyo often suits e-commerce, HubSpot suits longer B2B sales, and some businesses are better off with a lighter or bespoke set-up. We compare them on your process and your costs.
What is marketing automation?
Software that sends the right message at the right moment without anyone pressing send: welcome series, basket recovery, renewals, win-backs and lead routing.
Can you fix our attribution?
We can make it honest. That means agreeing what counts, setting up tracking properly and reporting what can be measured, without promising more precision than the data allows.
How long does it take?
Usually three to five weeks to a written plan. Delivery depends on scope.
